Of course, there’s also the added convenience of having accommodation on site for the meeting or conference attendees travelling from a bit further away.

- 40 Seated cinema style: All chairs placed in rows and facing the same direction, without the use of any tables.
- 30 Seated in schoolroom configuration: Seats placed behind tables, all facing in the same direction.
- 20 Seated at a boardroom table: All seating arranged around one large table.
- 18 Around a u-shaped boardroom: Tables and seating arranged in a u-shape.
