You have the option of including breakfast in your rate or not

Are there parking facilities at the hotel?

Yes, secure, safe and complimentary

Hairdryer, safe, TV and fully equipped kitchenette with tea & coffee station

Do you have a fitness center or swimming pool?

Yes, we have a gym on site, as well as an adult indoor lapping pool & outdoor swimming pool

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

What is your cancellation policy?

48hrs prior to arrival out of season, 7 days prior to arrival peak season to avoid penalties

It depends on the booking channel, that was used to make the reservation

We do have a restaurant where breakfast is served in the morning. However, we are contracted with the Mozambik Restaurant at The Colosseum Hotel for your lunch and dinner requirements

How do I book a treatment at the Spa?

Can I host an event or meeting at the hotel?

Yes, reception or our events manager is more than happy to assist with booking our Conference Venue

Yes, refer to the specials page on our website

Can I request an extra bed or crib in the room?

Yes, however, you will have to request it prior to arrival and it is subject to availability

What is there to do in the local area?

Canal Walk Shopping Centre, Century City Convention Centre and several tourist attactions
